I promise this is not an "art" processed image, but it sure looks like it. I shot this from under an overpass during a short downpour and was trying to get the drops to freeze by moving the camera down, tracking the drops as fast as they fell, but in this first attempt I also moved the camera sideways. My next shot was alot closer, but this one looks more interesting.
