Some simple things you could do would be to crop out the distractions along the top and clone out some of the trash on the beach. Then decide about the pole. I agree that it would look better without the pole, but there's some work involved there. It's a neat shot.

I recommend cloning-out the electrical pole. It distracts from an otherwise good image.
