there is something rather forlorn yet hopeful about this. I like how you've composed it--different but compelling in its own right.

Although the majority of this image is wood, it still feels delicate to me because of the selective focus on the butterfly. Very nice.

Such an unusual but intriguing image ... perfect focus on the butterfly and the viewer's eye is drawn straight to it by masterful control of DOF ... excellent
