I agree with Dawn, this is a terrific shot as is, the blue sky brings out the textures of the buildings and the sailboat stands out better, very nicely done Rafi...

I like this version much better - the sky matches what is happening elsewhere in the image. Allows me to focus on the composition, instead of one element.
