Converted on Capture One 4.1 (adjusted white balance, increased brightness and saturation a bit).
In photoshop applied Noise Ninja.
Since noise was still quite visible in dark areas, applied Photoshop's Noise & Scratches at 1 pixel radius and threshold --selectively, via the history brush.
Resized, sharpened with Photoshop's Smart Sharpen (240 ammount, 0.3 pixels radius) and converted to sRGB. Saved at 8 JPG compression.
