Of course you may. I don't have to answer, however;). Just teasing. This image started out with me sitting by the fire and spotting my camera on an end table. Set timer, walah..color picture. Converted it to greyscale.. Now, let's see..it has been through not a few metamorphsis's (just what is the plural?). Anyway, I believe after the greyscale and levels adjust for contrast, I used a white gradient fill layer. This one is the diamond pattern. I inverted it, and tinkered a lot, and slide it down to barely visible. Lately, I have also been having fun with the distort filter in ps. I use diffuse glow and add grain and varying amounts of "glow". I have found this works particularly well on greyscale images. I did use it with my "Moonlight Kisses" rose picture, and for the glow color I used a light, bright yellow. So, my friend, I shared two things I do. Now...your turn :). Seriously, I have been meaning to tell you how much you have grown in your skills and compositions. You were always very good...but now...whoa baby :)) Much success and fun to you, Cindy. Kindest regards, cristine
