Freddie is the creation of the multi-talented and always hilarious Mark Grifo.
A Phikeia is a student that has pledged to join Phi Delta Theta, and been accepted
by a majority vote of the active brothers. His only obligation is to complete Hell
week, the details of which I will not say. Due to beurocratic interference, Freddie
becomes a Phi without experienceing hell week, and will forever be a loser because of it.
