I like this a lot. Perhaps a crop from the left would help to emphasize the imposing nature of the right side and its abstract figures. Try a crop that leaves just the single column of windows on the left.

"Bridging a gap" comes to my mind (a song of jazz singer Mark Murphy's from the 1970ies) . Looks like an interesting building for photographers.
