Interesting image; the two halves of indoor and outdoor sit together well; and it's strange because there's a lot going on in terms of shapes in both halves...but it doesn't feel cluttered to me.

Brilliant play with juxtaposition, reflection and layers. Kept my eyes busy and my mind goggling. If only we could stop more often and take different views... Voted.

This reminds me of Friedlander's layered photographs --- banal images of daily life in formal, classic compositions. But yours is a classic Persel. Bravo!!!

Very spectacular juxtaposition and reflection. Counless layers in this image.
Guest 05-Jan-2007 04:27
a very nice split in this one (a natural diptych here, as i think you mentioned of mine)
there's a nice contrast (and symbiosis) between the top and bottom "panels"
a quiet sense of urban is expressed. black and white's the perfect choice with this one.
well done!

The vertical element tying the two together make it great. Also, I like the disparate quality of shiny and reflective in one and hazy in the other.

yes..this is great!

Great! It took me a while to figure this out and the theme as such. Yup, I love it!!!!!
