Black and white is the the key here - a rather oridnary picture, I'm sure, in color. But, with the b&w, you really create something much more interesting. It's hard to to tell, but is there an opportunity to re-shoot so just the stairs and water tank (?) are in view? Might be an interesting alternative composition - more minimalism. Regardless, excellent!!
