We bought a van tour of the island on the street just outside the ship security zone. Lots of vendors there, and they take you most of the same places the ship tours go, except the cost is half or less as much, and the group is much smaller. We visited a mostly deserted beach, Fort Fincastle, and the Atlantis hotel on Paradise Island.
