This picture taken the morning of 16 September, after hurricane Ivan
struck the coast in the Florida Panhandle. Photographer unknown...I
found it on the web...no credits given. This was the 3rd hurricane
...all considered major hurricanes...to strike the state of Florida in
September. Note the sign at the bottom right. A portent of things to
come, perhaps..??
