The lumber was delivered since Tuesday. The construction team was working and some of the framing for the basement was in progress. They were preparing the steel beam that extends across the middle of the basement to be placed in the construction slots at the top of the basement foundation. It was a great day for house-building...sunny skies, light winds, and temperatures in the mid-70s.
