There is a promotion of Yayoi Kusama ( 草間彌生 ) 's Dot Obsession outside the Ocean Terminal in October 2007.
I encountered the opening on 9th Oct when I passed by. It was nearly the end of the opening ceremony and most of the VIP have left apart from a few celebrities hanging around for media interviews.
