On this day, me and Kimberly went to Manhattan to meet with the legendary Shigeru Miyamoto
and get his autograph. Mr. Miyamoto is regarded as the father of the modern video game.
He created Mario, Zelda, Donkey Kong and other famous Nintendo characters. If it wasn't
for him, Nintendo would not be what it is today and the video game industry would've been
much different. I expected a long line to meet him, but not this long. We waited in line
for 3 hours and sadly, we didn't get Mr. Miyamoto's autograph let alone a glimpse of him.
There was a bright side to this, me and Kimberly came away with some DS stickers that had
Mr. Miyamoto's signature pre-printed on and we ate lunch at a place called Azure.
Ahhh, the line is too long!!!
