Accessibility does not only mean for persons with disabilities. This person was forced to climb the snow bank to get into the shelter. They also had to climb over it to get onto the bus.

Parents with strollers or with young children walking and or persons with disabilites are being forced to wait on the street because of the poor snow removal program.
