This gosling was found sitting among the lilly pads with no other geese around. During the afternoon he was able to hold his head up but appeared very tired. When I left just after 6:00 it had moved closer to the bridge and again sitting surrounded by lilly pads. It appeared to have great difficulty holding it's head up and was not able to move even when I tried to encourage it to move by splashing water. This gosling has been recently banded so I am not sure if it was injured during the banding like another banded gosling.
