These three beavers were found this morning. The area close to the farthest beaver is a culvert which workers had been seen recently working on along the other side of the road. Debris on both sides of the culvert is now the home of a number of snakes of various sizes.
An email has been sent to the Ottawa Wildlife Federation asking if the deaths could have been caused by the work done and if so what can be done to prevent further deaths.
