The Transat - Boston

For two weeks in June, Boston hosted the finish of The Transat, a 2800-mile, transatlantic sailing race. These photos offer a glimpse of the sleek and colorful vessels that made the crossing and a bit of the flavor of the local venue. But the real story of the Transat is of the intrepid solo sailors who matched their rather insubstantial craft against the perils and awesome force of the North Atlantic. I salute them for their courage, skill and determination, and wish them ever fair winds, following seas, and Godspeed.

bob,
i'm a beginner with c5050 and couldn't get same results as yours. you take beautiful pictures but i noticed that you only take outdoor or daytime pictures. actually right now i'm looking for a good but cheap flash for my camera. been reading the forum and some talk about the sunpak 383 but i think there is a possible problem with voltage.
any suggestions or recommendation will be greatly appreciated.
