Bridge across the Atlantic

Isle of Siel, Argyll

This Bridge crosses the Atlantic carrying the road between the Isle of Seil and the Main land of Scotland in Argyll. Now the Isle of Skye bridge also crosses the Atlantic.

James, I just came across this pic - I remember our trip over this bridge very well, quite a peculiar feeling not being able to see over the other side as you go up it lol. I shall always remember our visit to Seil Island with the haunting sound of a piper practicing in his house and the extremely friendly welcome we received in the shop down there :-) A wonderful place to visit.

Lovely old humpbacked Bridge!
A beautiful old structure, that looks particularly sturdy.
The stonework shows great textures and detail.
