Personally, I see a patriot, who paid for the right to speak out with his wartime injuries. I don't see an angry and bitter man (expression, posture), nor a fool. You may want to check your mirror for the 'fool.'

For the most part, I see this gallery as a series of technically competent photos of a group of people with politics I'd see as highly misguided.
But this photo really stands out. It's one of the better politcal photos I've seen in awhile. And partly because it's ambiguous in two ways.
I have no idea what this guys politics are just by looking at the photo. He could be Max Clelland. He could be one of the "Gathering of Eagles."
But there's also a certain ambiguity about the message. Is he a fool who gave his legs for a red white and blue piece of cloth made by 13 year old slaves in China? Or is he a hero who put his legs where his patriotism is.
