Craig and I travelled to St. Lucia in May for a combined vacation getaway, visiting friends and birding. We hired Adams Toussaint of the Forestry Service to guide us for 2 days of birding. You can find him via www.wildlifeambassadors.com. In 2 days he was able to find us all the endemic species and most of the other Lesser Antillean and Caribbean specialties to be had. Our only major miss was Rufous Nightjar. Photography was done on the fly in less than ideal conditions. I have included some poor quality photos of special species and memories.
