We started by Sangala with a typical market. The local people sell vegetable, spices, nice coffee, books, shoes...From there, you can visite the rice plantation and Toraja houses.
Suaya is rare village where all traditions have been preserved. You can find a cemetery for noble family from Makale and Sangala. Effigies are sometimes represented with a cane in their hand. You can also see old wooden coffins about seven hundred years old, carved in buffalo shape.
From there, you can join Tanpangalo and listen the famous bamboo orchestra from orphan children.
