Herewith some shots from our trip in West France. We have crossed Echebrune, Pons and Barbezieux to take a closer look at lanscapes, churches and historical sites with traditional gauthic and roman gates and windows.

Echebrune : Eglise Saint Vivien is one of the famous church in the village classified historic monument.

Pons: The church is typical for his roman style.

Barbezieux is in the heart of the South Charente country. The town and its immidiate region is full of historical sites, churches and open spaces.
Le Château:was constructed in the XV century by Francois de la Rochefoucauld.
L’ Eglise Saint Mathias: This magnificent church was build in XI century and restored to its present condition in the last century.
