Day 3: Westminster Abby, the British Museum, and Wicked
On our third day of sightseeing in London, we visited Westminster Abbey. No photos were allowed inside. The impression was that it's a fancy indoor graveyard where the dead try to out-do each other for eternity. We also went to the British Museum and saw many Roman, Egyptian, and Assyrian exhibits. We figured we would visit Egyptian history in London since we wouldn't be seeing any Egyptian artifacts while in Egypt. We even saw artifacts from Turkey! We finished off our London adventure by seeing a London showing of "Wicked!" It's the story of the witches of Oz. It's supposed to be one of London's top shows and it was right around the corner from our hotel.

I think Gabby was the model for this cat--it's what she looks like when she is hungry.
