Antakya is only about an hours drive from Adana on modern highways. But don't be afraid to venture out on some side roads if you have the time.

Antakya is known for its Mosaic Museum. Also, in the hills overlooking the town, you will find St. Peter's Church, known as the first Catholic Church. It is actually a cavern with a facade that may have been built by Crusaders.
