When carrying down the gear to the scene behind the showers I walked into this large Cuckoo which took flight and landed in a tree not too far away. I first thought it was a sparrowhawk but when I got a look at him in the camera I saw it was a Cuckoo. It supposed to be a shy bird but I could get fairly close to him for a couple of pictures.
