April 18, 2010: Covenant Signing of District 2 Electoral Candidates with the PPCRV

VENUE: Parish of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima, barangay Marulas, Valenzuela City.
TIME: 5:00 - 6:00 pm

The Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPRCV) of the Southern District parishes in the Diocese of Malolos congregated
at the Parish of the National Shrine of Our Lady of Fatima for a commemorative mass and an important Covenant signing with the
political candidates of Valenzuela City's 2nd district. This process is to ensure the promotion and implementation of free and
honest elections among the candidates and their respective political parties in the upcoming May 10 Local/National Elections.
