Chicken Little's worst nightmare: the sky FINALLY fell on our heads!!! :-(

Though it was anticipated - people didn't really appreciate its unwelcome entrance. It began as a slight drizzle around
3:45 pm and steadily continued to rain hard - lasting for about an hour - even before the Grand Parade started.

The Filipino's naturally resilient character, however, manifested itself when the streetdance and float competition performers made the
most of what they could offer despite visible setbacks such as washed off make-up, spoiled props and/or costumes that may affect their
