According to the owner of the property from where this 1960 Japanese Monument now lies, the inscription says:
"Paalaala ng mga sundalong Japonese na namatay nuong 1944" or "In Memory of the Japanese Soldiers Who Died Here in 1944".

If there's a Pbaser out there who knows how to read Japanese - please feel free to correct and/or add in case I missed something ...!

The brown-roofed structure as seen behind is a former WW II Army Barracks, now being used as office space.
