INRI, Iamim, Water, Nour, Fire, Ruach, Air, Ibbeschah, Earth. Like him we are crucified on these 4 elements and on the 2 beams, the vertical is the way you go, the horizontal the time you have to do it. Life is a cross you carry around and gets heavier and heavier, until you break down under it's weight. But, the crucifixion of Jesus has another symbolic meaning, INRI is just what is going to be when the story ends. Since all symbols in the scriptures have 3 meanings, the cross is a primary symbol of our existence in our material bodies.
