February 14, 2011: On the 13th Charter Day anniversary of Valenzuela City, representatives from the Parish Pastoral Council and SPPC Heads
led by Msgr. Bartolome G. Santos Jr., Head of the Golden Anniversary of the Parish Committee Bro. Jilson N. Tio, and PPC Co-Chair Bro. Ver
Fabularum attended a second hearing at the New Municipal Social Hall to reiterate the parish proposal of proclaiming Our Lady of Fatima
as Patroness of Valenzuela City.
