This is a copy of the MOTOR wiring diagram. This does not show the wiring through the two 100uF capacitors (well, actually now four 50uF) The motor is a 3 phase motor, but as wired runs on 120v single phase using the RUN capacitors mentioned. The question seems to be, can the motor be rewired to 240v I assume? If it can, then a 'regular' VFD could be used and just by-pass the capacitors? Note the wiring diagram is ONLY three phase ... no mention of single phase as in the SA lathe, diagram #4
