I suspect this fellow is on the way to breeding grounds in northern Maine or Canada.
Yellow subspecies, I think.

Wow!! Outstanding shot and composition of this gorgeous warbler. I seem to see them more in autumn when they've lost the rich colour, but for sure they pass through here in spring.VV
