In the Arapahoe Bend Natural Area in Fort Collins, CO about a half mile south of Horsetooth Road and Strause Cabin Road junction this immature Bald Eagle was resting near the top of a tree most likely looking for lunch. Due to the large amount of yellow on its beak and white under its chin it is most likely a third year juvenile.
