Amin, for this shot I used my A80 without any additional lens. I set it to macro mode and brought it down to the lowest focussing range (2 inches?). I set the aperature to 5 to blur the background some. I took a bunch of shots and was fortunate to shoot this one at just the right distance to have the worm in focus (the worm was blowing in the wind a little). I was also fortunate to catch the worm in a somewhat interesting position. I cropped the image in quite a bit (the largest print I would be able to make is 4x6 or 5x7). I boosted the saturation of the worm while making the background grayscale. I may have also sharpened the worm and/or blurred the background. -Travis
