美國康德基金會設立之 ”台灣大學生2100小時黃金年華”贊助台灣4所國立大學清寒優秀學生一學年計80名同學.
這是本基金會第一次實地參予國立大學頒發獎學金儀式活動。
踏出會場，走在校園中，溫絮的冬陽透過高高的椰林灑在我的身上，
