One fine Spring Day - Temple of Heaven Park - Beijing

Yesterday was a beautiful day. I spent the afternoon just casually wandering around the park surrounding the Temple of Heaven. After deciding to reserve the centerpiece for another day, I watched people just being people.

Dear Neighbor,

My father got me started with photography, but i didn't keep it up. Have seen some parts of the world. Have many poor slide pictures, some faded. Your are my hero!
Did you see the tree in the Forbidden City in front of which Pres. McKay dedicated China in 1921? If not, next time you go I will show you where it is! Ok?

What a great reminder of the joys we experienced on our China trips. We remember well the musicians at Temple of Heaven Park. We were quite frustrated to have such a short time there - these fine pictures somehow have lengthened our stay. THANK YOU!

This was great! Same kind of weather here, but no one heads to the park, just to much business. We need to learn to stop and savor the moment..... How is school going? We will not be coming, the air polluation is just to much in each city for us. We were accepted to go to Guangzhou, but felt like we should not. We are now at the MTC, Kent is a coun. in the 19th Branch presidency (German speaking :)) and we are learning the routine. We think of you often, keep the pictures coming. XO, The Larkins
