Hmnn..maybe, but I like it like this.
Actually I thought it would be much better though.
What I wanted (due to circumstance) was
the subject to appear as if in the shadows..
without any connection to the rest of the frame.
Is it successful?... well it won't be posted
in my gallery of favourites "potraiture in India" : )

This is a beautiful portrait of a beautiful model, however I think it would really stand out if we could make out more of her right eye. It may be just a matter of messing with curves. Then it would then be very Rembrandtesque.
