Ferderick W.A.G. Haultain Building
Named after the first Premier of the Northwest Territories from 1897 to 1905.In 1905 the Northwest Territories became the Provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Also notable about this building is that from 2002 to 2012 I worked in upper most South West corner office of the building. It can be seen on the left of the photograph. :)
