This centre, which services the needs of the homeless, is one city block north of the Ice District. The Ice District is part of the revitalization of the downtown Edmonton. When finished, it will have 30 story condominiums and office buildings.

I wonder how long the Boyle Street Community Services will be allowed to stay.

Sadly, usually new developments push out Services such as these. I like the advertisement on the old building. "V"

Not long, would be my guess. I also imagine the condos aren't going to be affordable housing. V.
