New Condo Whitemud Creek

Construction continues with this new condo alongside Whitemud Creek. When finished, someone will have a beautiful view of the creek. But I am still concerned about how stable the bank is and how close to the edge the building is.

Nice capture of this environment. V Based on my years of walking and bicycling around Edmonton's river and creeks I think it's a reasonable hypothesis that the whole city will eventually end up in the Hudson Bay. That condo is definitely one of the first pieces to go.

If the land the condo is on is anything like what's shown in the foreground, I'd be worried about it, too. V.
