On a sunny day in Winter or Spring Wombats can be seen out sun baking.
It is not unusual in this part of OZ to stop on the roadside and see 20 or 30 of these all in one area!
The entrance of their burrows can be large enough to drive a small 4x4 into,
which makes them unpopular with the farmers and station owners.
