On this day we journeyed to the beautiful Nairobi Arboretum, set in the center of the capital of Kenya which consists of 30 ha containing a large collection of trees and shrubs from the tropics both native and from throughout the world. This oasis was the serene setting for the weekly Yoga class the girls take part in. By the end of the Yoga session the group had grown to 40 people.
