This was the day we said goodbye to many of the girls we met during our stay in Nairobi. Instead of calling it a goodbye party they called it a "birthday party" as they didn't want to say goodbye, rather just a see you later. It was a wonderful day with all the girls and while it was sad, it was wonderful to share with them in this day. We had lunch at the park, had cake and played games. The girls were given clothing and footwear that were donated thanks to Jose gathering them.

Our day started with a trip to downtown Nairobi to a market for shopping. What fun!!! It ended with a dinner at "Carnivor"...which is a fabulous restaurant for those that love meat of all kinds...including ostrich and alligator!
