The Hotel Del Sol is in the downtown historic district. The Getaway 1993 Alec Baldwin, Kim Bassinger was filmed in Yuma. Part of the movie was filmed in this hotel. Allot of movies have been filmed in Yuma over the year. Here is a link to the Yuma Film Commission for a list of movies.

Oh I have always loved that building.. hopefully it will be saved and not go to ruin. It would make great high-end apartments with galleries and an indoor/outdoor restaurant on the lower level. If only I had millions. We must save our architectural heritage. Contact your local State Senator.. love linda
