A road trip to the Outer Banks. Winter is when the Tundra Swans and the Snow Geese are down there. Also stopped at Lake Matamuskeet National Wildlife Refuge on the way, which is a beautiful lake with a lot of waterfowl, inland from Cape Hatteras.
