These pictures shot in Nyala and Kass depict both negative and positive aspects of life in Darfur...
We are often shown the horrors of Darfur, but some people over there are still smiling, singing,
dancing, trying to have fun... at least in some occasions... This is human nature, when lacking
positive emotions, we try to create them... The smiles of Darfur deserve to be caught by camera...
