This nest is about 50' from the house, 30'high.
Watched them this weekend tending to the rather vocal chicks in the nest.
Bringing grubs and other food, removing debris from nest. Sometimes the
Hairy Woodpeckers would relieve each other (fly up to the tree, announce themselves,
and the other would immediately vacate). At other times they'd be coming/going individually.
