spotless Multicolored Asian Lady Beetle

Jamaica Bay WR, Queens, NY

Family Coccinellidae (Ladybird Beetles)
Genus Harmonia
Species axyridis (Multicolored Asian Lady Beetle)

This ladybug was introduced into the US from Asia. There are several color patterns or 'morphs', ranging from solid orange to red with black spots.
